What is Diet ??


In the nutritional content, diet is the amount of food consumed in the body or organization within a certain period of time. Diet  are often associated with health-related nutritional intake or weight gain (these are often linked). Although humans are omnivorous creatures, there are several food choices of each customary culture. Culture affects the consumption of food. Individual food options may be more or less healthy.

Full consumption in need of nutrients and for the absorption of vitamins, minerals, and food energy consists of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Ways and habits affect the quality of eating healthy food, and will affect health and longevity.
